Baby Nest Loyalty Program

1. By registering and/or using your Baby Nest Loyalty Card, you consent to the terms of this agreement.

2. The Loyalty Card is issued to you by Baby Nest. It offers a reward based on a dollar value to use in the Baby Nest store. We reserve the right to change these amounts at any time by changing the Terms and Conditions on this website.

3. Loyalty Dollars to the value of 5% of your total purchase value will be awarded to your Loyalty account. For example, if you purchase $100 worth of merchandise at the physical Baby Nest store, Loyalty Dollars to the value of $5 will be awarded to your Loyalty account to be used against future purchases.

4. Loyalty Dollars will not be awarded upon purchase of Gift Cards, but will be awarded when Gift Cards are redeemed.

5. Loyalty Dollars will not be awarded when using Afterpay as the method of payment.

6. With the exception of Gift Card purchases, and purchases made using Afterpay, and except where stated otherwise, Loyalty Dollars will be awarded to customers for all purchases in the physical Baby Nest store, and for other products or offers as specified by Baby Nest from time to time. Loyalty Dollars will not be awarded in association with any other offer or discount. Loyalty Dollar balances are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

7. Loyalty Dollars are earned on in-store purchases only. Loyalty Dollars are not earned on any purchases made on the www.ourbabynest.com.au website.

8. Upon the refund of any purchase, the Loyalty Dollars associated with that purchase will be deducted from the Loyalty Card account.

9. Loyalty Dollars earned on Lay-By purchases will only be credited to the Loyalty Card account upon completion and full payment of the Lay-By transaction.

10. While every endeavour will be made in store to ensure Baby Nest Loyalty Dollars are correctly awarded, Baby Nest takes no responsibility for technical errors associated with crediting Loyalty Dollars onto the Loyalty Card.

11. The Baby Nest Loyalty Card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. A new card must be issued. Unless otherwise required by law or permitted by this agreement, any Loyalty Dollars balance on your Loyalty Card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

12. In the case of a lost or stolen card, Baby Nest Loyalty Program members should visit the Baby Nest store and request a new card. Every endeavour will be made to ensure that the full Loyalty Dollar balance is transferred to the new card. However, Baby Nest will not be responsible for any Loyalty Dollars accrued that are lost in the transfer. Cards that are reported as lost or stolen will immediately be cancelled and will be no longer able to be used.

13. We reserve the right not to accept a Baby Nest Loyalty Card should we believe that the use is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

14. No fees will be charged by Baby Nest for the issue, registration, activation or use of the Loyalty Card.

15. Baby Nest reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program at any time by updating the Terms and Conditions on this website.

16. Information collected from members at the time of signing up to the Baby Nest Loyalty Program is subject to the Privacy Policy as stated on this website.
