5. Little Nest does not take any responsibility for anyone purchasing products using your username and password. It is your responsibility to keep these details confidential.

If you wish to return or exchange a product due to change of mind, you may do so in accordance with the following process.

4. You are responsible for the costs of returning the product and until the product is received by Little Nest it is your responsibility.
5. Upon receipt of the returned product we will refund you the purchase price of the product. We will not refund you for any shipping costs.

4. When returning a faulty or damaged product you must provide us with proof of purchase.
Delivery
1. Little Nest delivers within Australia only. The cost of your packing and shipping will be shown on your tax invoice.
2. When entering your delivery address we advise you to provide a work or PO Box address.
3. Little Nest will use reasonable methods to pack and ship your order within two business days of you placing your order.
4. Expected delivery time is within 7 working days. We anticipate that most customers will receive their orders well within this time frame. If you do not receive your order within 7 working day we ask that you contact us.
5. Delivery times ay be longer during periods of high traffic such as public holidays, especially Christmas.
